Hair Loss Alopecia

Aromas Medspa at Doral, Weston and Kendall is proud to introduce the latest advance in the hair loss (alopecia) treatment for men and women, PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma in combination with exosomes from Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC). Our blood is made of approx. 6% platelets, when these platelets are activated, they will release healing proteins called Growth Factors. Exosomes will not only help plasma stimulate more growth factors but it has more than 100 growth factors to help regenerate and regrow more. It is the gold standard treatment for hair loss in both men and women in the earlier stages of hair loss with the best results.

Exosomes are stem cells messengers; they are the building blocks of such. They come from adipose tissue and/or Umbilical cord.

The procedure is very simple and it is completely done at our office in approximately 45 minutes. We first draw your own blood (like on a blood lab sample), centrifuge the blood to separate the platelets, activate these platelets with chemical agents and then inject it in the areas of hair loss concern. Afterwards we will apply exosomes to help reinforce the growth factors. The treatment is complemented with an at-home use of a prescribed shampoo, lotion, and pills. The sessions will be determined upon evaluation. We do a follow up visit 3 months after the last session to determine the improvement on hair density and growth.

How It Works
